you can measure and confirm all the signals as attached. once again, is the contactor for the dampening motor power K052 pull-in or not?

If I understood correctly, K 052 is inside the LENZE drive and it is necessary to check its operation by measuring the voltage at X1_2.SO . Voltage at X1_2.SO=0 V

K052 is not inside Lenze but in the panel check attached documents

Did you replace only the drive or together with the communication board? If together, change only the communication board to another PU
You can't measure levels on the communication board. There is CAN communication.

We do not have K052, and there is no documentation from Roland IMG_20240507_081325.jpg IMG_20240507_083144.jpg IMG_20240507_083322.jpg IMG_20240507_083429.jpg IMG_20240507_083509.jpg IMG_20240507_082721.jpg

your machine is 524 series as per your documents and k052 is not installed in your machine, but the motor is connected directly to the Lenze. Have you swapped Lenze with the CAN bus module or only the Lenze? please do as Mr. Drukman said

in that case, if all external signals to the drive are correct your Lenze drive is defective.
